Directors' Notification of Dealing in Shares

InterX PLC 3 July 2000 INTERX PLC (the 'Company') The Company has been informed that M.S. Knight, a director of InterX Technology Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, became aware on 28 June 2000 that he is beneficially interested in 626,756 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by virtue of being a potential beneficiary under two trusts. Accordingly, his total beneficial interest in the Company is 2,847,633 Ordinary Shares or 8.2 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. The Company has also been informed that R. J. Lewis became aware on 28 June 2000 that he is beneficially interested in 254,552 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by virtue of being a potential beneficiary under a trust. Accordingly, his total beneficial interest in the Company is 2,638,913 Ordinary Shares or 7.6 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Further to the announcement by the Company on 29 June 2000 that P.A. Sant is beneficially interested in 2,661,531 Ordinary Shares, the Company has become aware that P.A. Sant is interested in a further 186,102 Ordinary Shares held by a trust. Accordingly, P.A. Sant is beneficially interested in a total of 2,847,633 Ordinary Shares or 8.2 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
