InterX PLC 15 December 1999 InterX plc ('The Company') Director's Share Interest Mr I M French has today become a beneficiary of trusts which hold 20,852 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, representing 0.098% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following this addition to his existing interest I M French is now beneficially interested in 43,471 shares, representing 0.205% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
