InterX PLC 30 April 2001 30th April, 2001 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE INTERX PLC Additional Listing Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official list of 1,750,000 Ordinary 5 pence shares by way of Block Listing. The shares are expected to be issued in connection with the Company's 2000 Executive Share Option Scheme (1,250,000 shares) and Executive Share Option Scheme (500,000 shares), all these shares upon issue will rank pari passu with the existing class of Ordinary shares.
