International Star Inc. (ILST) Explores Strategic Crypto Treasury Initiative

September 30, 2025 – New York, NY – International Star Inc. (OTC: ILST) is pleased to announce that it is exploring the implementation of a crypto treasury strategy as part of its broader evolution into the digital asset and artificial intelligence space.

The Company is currently engaged with a group of specialized consultants to support the successful deployment and ongoing management of this initiative. The strategy includes investment in, and custodianship of, stablecoins and select cryptocurrencies as part of ILST’s effort to responsibly diversify its treasury holdings and gain strategic exposure to the digital asset class.

In tandem, ILST is developing a comprehensive fiduciary policy for the custodianship and management of its crypto assets, with an emphasis on transparency, security, and long-term value preservation. This policy will align with best practices observed in the industry, ensuring robust oversight and accountability.
