Compliance with Market Abuse Regulation (MAR)

The Company announces that it is satisfied that all inside information which the Directors and the Company may have in the period leading up to the announcement of its results for the six months ended 28 February 2026 has previously been, and will continue to be, notified via a regulatory information service (RIS). Therefore, the Company is not prohibited from dealing in its own securities.

The mandatory closed period under MAR will last until the results in respect of the half year ended 28 February 2026 are published, expected to be on, or around, 12 May 2026.

The Company has provided Deutsche Numis, its corporate broker, with a non-discretionary dealing instruction under which it may undertake share buybacks if, in the period leading up to the announcement of the half year results, the Directors of the Company come into the possession of any inside information.
