Update to Notice of Annual General Meeting

On 23 January the Company posted its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 (the "Notice") and the Annual General Meeting Form of Proxy to shareholders. This announcement serves as a correction to that notice.

On page five of the Notice the Company stated that "the directors of the Company consider that all resolutions to be put to the vote at the AGM are in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders as a whole and are most likely to promote the success of the Company. The directors unanimously recommend that you vote in favour of all resolutions" (the "Statement").

The Statement has been amended to read "the Board consider that all resolutions to be put to the vote at the AGM are in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders as a whole and are most likely to promote the success of the Company. The Board recommend that you vote in favour of all resolutions."

As stated in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, 27 February 2025 at the Company's offices at 29 Clement's Lane, London, EC4N 7AE at 16:00. There will be no new documents post to shareholders.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the revised Notice has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
