The Company confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts and notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have today been posted to shareholders. The AGM will be held at the Company's head office, Suite 2, Whichford House, Parkway Court, John Smith Drive, Oxford, OX4 2JY at 2 p.m. on 28 July 2022.
