The correct information should read: The University of Bath's holding following the sale of 3,000,000 shares is now 2,767,000 (which represents 4.6 per cent of the issued share capital) and not 2,000,000 (3.3 per cent) as previously reported. The Company has been notified that in order to satisfy institutional demand, Publisher Services Limited together with other vendors of Catchword Limited have sold 3,878,562 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') on 16 May 2002 at 150p (representing 6.5 per cent. of the issued share capital) and no longer have an interest in the Company.
