False Information Filed on Colorado SOS website

We have been notified that an Amendment was filed today with the Colorado Secretary of State.  This Amendment was not filed by the IGEX Management.  IGEX Management and the legal department with the Colorado Secretary of State are reviewing this document to determine who erroneously filed this action.  The IGEX Team does intend to take all necessary legal action against this individual.  We are working with the State of Colorado to ensure that this does not happen again.  Please note, all disclosures regarding IGEX will be coming from the OTC website or a reputable Newswire agency.
