Total voting rights and capital

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Inchcape plc announces that on 28 February 2026 its issued share capital will be 358,363,585 ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares carry voting rights of one vote per share. Inchcape plc does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, Inchcape plc under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
