COMPLETION OF DISTRIBUTION FACILITY SALE
IG Design Group plc announces that its subsidiary, Berwick Offray LLC, has yesterday completed the sale of its former distribution facility at 20 Union Lane, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. to Union PA Holdings LLC Limited for $8.4 million. The carrying value of the site was $2.9 million and the sale will realise a profit of $4.9 million (after $0.6m of selling costs and taxes).
