Hunting today announces the following share transaction by a member of the executive committee of the Company:
Stewart Barrie
The Company was informed today that Stewart Barrie has purchased 10,000 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 228.32 pence per share. The purchase took place on 30 June 2022.
Following this transaction Stewart Barrie's beneficial holding is 23,273 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.014% of the Company's share capital.
