Hercules Site Services plc (AIM: HERC), a leading technology enabled labour supply group for the UK infrastructure and construction sectors, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2024, together with the notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy, have been posted to shareholders and are now available on the Company's website at:

The AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 17 March 2025 at Hercules Court, Lakeside Business Park, South Cerney, Cirencester, GL7 5XL, further details of which are contained in the notice convening the AGM.
