Appointment of Senior Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Helios Underwriting Plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Katie Wade as the Company's first Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 June 2025.  Katie was appointed to the Board as an independent non-executive director as previously reported on 30 August 2024  and currently sits on both the Audit Committee and Nominations and Remuneration Committee of the Board.

As part of a planned succession, Katie will also succeed Andrew Christie as Chair of the Audit Committee, also with effect from 1 June 2025. Andrew will remain a member of the Audit Committee.
