Helios Underwriting plc, the only publicly traded company offering instant access to a diverse portfolio of syndicates at Lloyd's of London, will today host a Capital Markets Day for investors and analysts.

The event will take place from 2pm to 6pm at the offices of Peel Hunt LLP, 100 Liverpool Street, London EC2M 2AT.

Presentations will include:

·      Introduction and CEO Appointment: John Chambers, Chairman, will open the day and introduce newly appointed CEO, Louis Tucker.

·      Business Model & Financials: Adhiraj Maitra, Director of Finance and Operations, will present on the Company's business model, accounting methodology, capacity, and capital.

·      Portfolio Strategy & Analytics: Jen Tan, Head of Portfolio Strategy, will detail Helios's capacity portfolio, syndicate evaluation and selection, and the strategic use of stochastic analysis for active cycle management.

No additional new material information is being disclosed, and the Company is not providing an update on current trading.
