Appointment of Group Company Secretary

Helical, a central London development focused real estate business, announces the promotion of Eleanor Gavin to Group Company Secretary with effect from 1 April 2025, succeeding James Moss who is assuming the role of CFO Designate. Eleanor will also join the Company's Executive Committee from that date.

Eleanor is a Chartered Company Secretary and a Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute of UK and Ireland. She is also a qualified solicitor and notary public.

Eleanor joined Helical in 2019 and has held the position of Deputy Company Secretary since May 2022. She has over 11 years corporate governance and legal experience in both the listed and private sectors.
