ANTHONY KIRBY - EXTERNAL APPOINTMENT

 

Hays today announces that Anthony Kirby, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Group Chief Executive Designate of Serco Group plc and will be appointed as Group Chief Executive with effect from 1 March 2025.

This disclosure is being made pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 6.4.9R.
