Result of General Meeting and Total Voting Rights
Haydale Graphene Industries PLC announced that all resolutions were passed by shareholders at a General Meeting, with overwhelming support for each resolution, including over 99.5% of votes cast for Resolution 1, 99.76% for Resolution 2, and 99.80% for Resolution 3. The fundraising remains conditional on the Placing Agreement becoming unconditional and First Admission on January 7, 2026, followed by Second Admission on January 8, 2026.
