Update on proposed acquisition of Wintershall Dea asset portfolio

Further to its May Trading and Operations Update, Harbour continues to make good progress on concluding the prospectus and shareholder circular in relation to the acquisition of the Wintershall Dea asset portfolio. Both documents are in the final stages of preparation with publication expected in the coming weeks and a shareholder meeting to approve the acquisition to take place thereafter.

All regulatory, anti-trust and foreign direct investment approvals required for completion continue to progress as planned and Harbour continues to expect to complete the acquisition during Q4 2024.
