Notification of transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with them - CORRECTION
Following the release earlier today of RNS 8462R t he Company was notified of a correction. The volume of indirect interests transferred has been amended from 6,328,579 to 6,328,574. All other details from announcement 8462R remain unchanged.
On 7 July 2022, shares in certain EIG-managed entities were transferred by Linda Z. Cook, Chief Executive Officer, to her spouse Steven R. Cook. As the EIG-managed entities have an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, these arrangements require notification. Linda Cook's direct and indirect interests in the Company remain unchanged.
