The Company announces that Des de Beer, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board of his decision to step down as a director of the Company with immediate effect.

Robert Noel, Chair of the Board, said "I would like to thank Des for his support and contribution during his term as a director. On behalf of the Board, I wish him well for the future."

The appointment of Alan Olivier as alternate director to Des de Beer has also ceased with immediate effect.
