Hammerson completes acquisition of remaining 50% stake in Bullring and Grand Central

Following the announcement on 31^st July, Hammerson today announces it has completed the acquisition of its JV partner's 50% interest in Bullring and Grand Central, taking Hammerson's ownership to 100%.
