Haleon plc: Establishment of Environmental and Social Sustainability Committee

 

9 March 2023: Haleon plc (the "Company") (LSE/NYSE: HLN) today announces that with effect from today, the Board has established the Environmental and Social Sustainability Committee (the "Committee"). The role of the Committee is to provide oversight and effective governance over progress with the environmental and social sustainability agenda of the Company and the external governance and regulatory requirements relevant to these areas.

 

The members of the Committee, all of whom are independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company, are Marie-Anne Aymerich (Chair of the Committee), Tracy Clarke and Dame Vivienne Cox.
