Barb Project Update

Gunsynd PLC has provided an update on its Barb Project in Manitoba, Canada, confirming receipt of geochemical results and submission of a technical assessment report for its 2025 field program. The program supports the interpretation of a structurally controlled orogenic gold system, with previous high-grade gold results up to 13.12 g/t and new results highlighting elevated silver, tellurium, and bismuth. Additionally, Critical Discoveries has conditionally secured a CAD$105,000 grant from the Manitoba Mineral Development Fund to contribute to future exploration. Gunsynd plans targeted exploration, including soil and IP surveys, and a diamond drilling program to test priority targets as drill permits are secured. Disclaimer*

About this update from Gunsynd Plc

[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nGunsynd PLC\n(\"Gunsynd\" or the \"Company\")\nBarb Project Update\nGunsynd Plc (AIM: GUN) is pleased to provide an update on the Barb Project in Manitoba, Canada, in which the Company holds a 100% legal and beneficial interest.\nThe Company confirms that it has received geochemical results in full and submitted a technical assessment report covering the 2025 field programme to the Manitoba Mining Recorders Office. The assessment report covers the Company's 26-day prospecting and rock sampling programme and provides an integrated geological and geochemical interpretation.\nThe Barb Gold Project is located near the historic mining community of Bissett within the Archean Rice Lake Greenstone Belt, a well-established Manitoban gold district that has produced more than 1.7 million ounces of gold historically. Historical production in the district was primarily from the True North Gold Mine, located approximately 30 km to the east of the Barb Project, and contains a permitted gold processing facility.\n2025 Programme Results\nThe 2025 field programme supports the interpretation that gold mineralisation on the Barb Project is consistent with a structurally controlled orogenic gold system, hosted within quartz-carbonate veins and associated shear zones.\nMineralisation is spatially associated with the Wanipigow Shear Zone, a regionally significant structural corridor known to host gold mineralisation in the Rice Lake Greenstone Belt.\nHigh-grade gold results up to 13.12 g/t were previously announced on 28 October 2025 when initial fire assays were received. Multi-element geochemical results from these samples highlight clear pathfinder element associations, typical of hydrothermal mineralising systems of the Rice Lake Greenstone Belt. High gold values are consistently accompanied by elevated silver, tellurium, and bismuth.\nA later batch of rock sample results were received that tested the northernmost part of the property i.e. further from the Wanipigow Shear Zone than the first rock samples and demonstrate a secondary target area (see Schedule A). Whilst no samples produced grades of over 1 g/t Au theycontained elevated pathfinder values in the same samples showing positive correlations to Au mineralisation in the complete dataset indicating an enriched mineralising fluid.\n \nManitoba Mineral Development Fund Grant\nCritica...
