Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

Great Portland Estates plc (the "Company") announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is now available on the Company's  website and can be accessed at www.gpe.co.uk/investors/shareholder-information/agmgm.

The AGM will be held at the Royal College of Nursing, 20 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0RN on Thursday, 4 July 2024 at 11.30am. Please refer to the Notice of AGM for further information.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Notice of AGM and a Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Notice of AGM and the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 have been dispatched to the Company's shareholders today, in line with their communication preferences.
