Capital Markets Event

Grainger plc, the UK's largest listed residential landlord with 9,793 operational rental homes and a further 9,962 build-to-rent homes in its £2.4bn pipeline, is today holding a Capital Markets Event at two of its PRS schemes, The Headline and the Pin Yard, in Leeds.

The event will focus on Grainger's market leading operating platform, its regional city cluster investment strategy, how its customer insights programme drives financial performance, its CONNECT technology platform and market leading leasing capability and how it is driving returns in the short, medium and long term. 

No new information will be provided on current trading further to the Group's last trading update, which was published at the half year financial results on 12 May 2022.
