Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy

Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company and the Form of Proxy for the 2026 AGM have been published on the Company's website at https://www.graftonplc.com/investors/shareholder-services/shareholder-meetings/.

In accordance with Rule 6.4.1 of the Listing Rules, copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The AGM will be held at 10.30am on Friday, 15 May 2026 at the Irish Management Institute (IMI) Conference Centre, Sandyford Road, Dublin 16, D16 X8C3, Ireland.
