DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In compliance with UKLR 6.4.9R(2), Grafton Group plc advises that Ian Tyler, Chair of the Company, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of BP p.l.c. with effect from 1 April 2025.

Ian is currently a non-executive director of Synthomer plc and has advised the Company that he intends to stand down from his role with Synthomer in the second half of 2025.
