Golden Grail Beverages Announces Stock Dividend for Shareholders has been processed by FINRA

Fort Lauderdale, FL – August 13, 2025 – Golden Grail Beverages Corp. (OTC:GOGY) (“Golden Grail” or the “Company”) today announced that it will issue a stock dividend to its shareholders. The corporate action has been processed by FINRA and was reflected on its Daily List.

The dividend will be payable at a ratio of two (2) shares of common stock for every ten (10) shares of Company common stock held by shareholders of record as of August 27, 2025 (the “Record Date”). In lieu of distributing fractional shares, the Company will round up any shares that would otherwise be fractional to the nearest whole share.

The stock dividend will be issued automatically, and shareholders do not need to take any action to receive their additional shares.
