Global Connectivity plc (AQSE: GCON), (the "Company" or "GCON"), a company focused on holdings in companies that provide communication services and technologies that enhance connectivity, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Apex Corporate Services (IOM) Limited, Exchange House, 54-62 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JD, British Isles on Wednesday 27 August 2025 at 11.30a.m.
