(TSXV: EMM) (GR: A2DUU8) (\"\n \n Giyani\n \n \" or the \"\n \n Company\n \n \"), developer of the K.Hill Battery-Grade Manganese Project in\n \n Botswana\n \n (\"\n \n K.Hill\n \n \" or \"\n \n the Project\n \n \"), is pleased to announce that it has successfully produced High Purity Manganese Sulphate Monohydrate (\"\n \n HPMSM\n \n \") from its Demonstration Plant (\n \n \"Demo Plant\"\n \n ) in\n \n Johannesburg, South Africa\n \n in\n \n September 2025\n \n .\n \n\n\n Highlights:\n \n\n\n\n Successful production of HPMSM from the Demo Plant in\n \n Johannesburg, South Africa\n \n , marking a significant milestone for the Company.\n \n\n HPMSM off-taker qualification trials will now commence.\n \n\n Following the successful production of High Purity Manganese Oxide (\"\n \n HPMO\n \n \") in Q1 2025, Giyani has now proven its dual product offering capability which positions the Company to supply its products to a broad range of potential future battery technologies and keep pace with the rapidly evolving battery market.\n \n\n Giyani's Demo Plant has provided invaluable information and has derisked the final optimized process flowsheet which will now be carried forward into the design and operation of the full-scale commercial plant in\n \n Botswana\n \n .\n \n\n\n\n Outlook:\n \n\n\n The Company's focus over the next six months will now be:\n \n\n\n To complete the Definitive Feasibility Study (\"\n \n DFS\n \n \") to NI 43-101 standards.
