Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Gfinity plc (AIM:GFIN) announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 17 December 2024, at 11:30 a.m. at 60 Grays Inn Road, London WC1X 8LU.  The Company has today posted the formal notice of the meeting (the "Notice") to shareholders and a copy is available on the Company's website at www.gfinityplc.com.

A copy of the Notice together with proxy voting instructions is being posted to all shareholders who are required to receive or have formally requested to receive these documents.
