Total Voting Rights - Replacement

The following amendment has been made to the Total Voting Rights announcement released on 03.11.2025 at 10:06 under RNS No. 9120F:

The figures for the total number of shares in issue, the total number of voting rights and the number of shares held in treasury have been updated.  The original announcement incorrectly stated that the total number of shares in issue was 35,339.357, the total number of voting rights in circulation was 35,339.357 and the number of shares held in treasury was 0.

All other details remain unchanged.
