On 4 March 2025, it was announced that Lazard Asset Management LLC had notified the Company that its holding in the Company had decreased from 5.08% to 4.48%.

Lazard Asset Management LLC has notified the Company that due to a processing error, the notification it provided to the Company was incorrect and that Lazard Asset Management LLC's holding did not fall below the 5% threshold. 

Accordingly the TR1 notification published on 4 March 2025 under RNS No. 3379Z should be disregarded.
