The 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN on Wednesday, 20 November 2024 at 11.00am. A summary of the proposed resolutions is set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
