Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Genuit Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has been informed that Lisa Scenna, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Ingenia Communities Group, an Australian listed company, with effect from 1 May 2024.
