In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, GCP Infra would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 27 February 2026, the Company has in issue 884,797,669 ordinary shares of which 52,343,218 are held in treasury.

For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure of 832,454,451 voting rights when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
