("GBG" or the "Company")

PURCHASE OF SHARES

GB Group plc (AIM: GBG), has been notified by the Trustee of the GB Group plc Employee Benefit Trust ('EBT') that the EBT has purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p in the Company on 24 April 2025 at an average price of £2.36 per share.

The shares will be held in the EBT, which is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Executive Directors of the Company.

Following this transaction, a total of 869,886 shares representing 0.34% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
