Issue of Equity, Block Listing and Total Voting Rights

Gateley (AIM: GTLY), the legal and professional services group, announces that 121,616 ordinary shares of 10p each in Gateley ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued, pursuant to the Group's Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP") scheme introduced in 2018 and as a result of vesting conditions being satisfied.

The Company also announces that on 1 November 2022 the Company's Save As You Earn Option Plan 2019 ("SAYE Plan") matured and as a result up to 375,751 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") may be issued pursuant to the SAYE Plan.

Accordingly, application has been made for 375,751 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") via a block listing and it is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 2 November 2022.

Total Voting Rights

The Company now has a total of 125,263,233 Ordinary Shares in issue with one voting right per share.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
