In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited on 05 Mar 2026. This MoU was signed to jointly develop and promote indigenous solutions for advanced naval systems, unmanned platforms, and other strategic maritime capabilities for domestic and global markets.There is no financial implication ascertained at this moment.The copy of the press release is enclosed herewith.
