In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s K2 Cranes & Components Pvt Ltd on 28 Jan 2026. This MoU was signed for the design, development, and manufacture of marine, defence and shipyard cranes and associated equipment.In this regard, the copy of the press release is enclosed.
