The Company has today published on its website, and posted to shareholders who have elected to receive a paper copy, the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") 2024 ("2024 AGM Notice").

The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Investec Bank plc at 30 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP on Tuesday 21 May 2024 at 10.00am. Shareholders are being encouraged to vote online in advance of the meeting and full details of how to vote are contained in the 2024 AGM Notice. The Annual Report and Accounts 2023 has also been posted to shareholders today, where requested, and can be viewed via the above link.
