As per the news release issued on October 2nd, 2013, it was stated that "Mike Linn P. Geo. is the Qualified Person who has reviewed technical data and approved it for release." Mike Linn, geologist is not registered as a professional geologist and is not a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") to review and approve the technical data for release. Under the requirements of NI 43-101, all written disclosure of scientific or technical information by the Company must be prepared or approved by a qualified person who is named in the disclosure along with their relationship to the Company. The Company retracts the technical information in the October 2nd, 2013 news release and cautions investors that such information should not be relied upon until a qualified person has approved the technical information.
