FutureNet, Inc. Announces Successful Completion of Special Shareholder Meeting

Hong Kong – September 16, 2024 – FutureNet, Inc. (OTC: FUUN) announces the successful completion of its Special Shareholder Meeting held virtually on September 16, 2024, at 13:00 Hong Kong Time. The meeting was convened to discuss and vote on key matters vital to the company's future growth and governance.

The following resolutions were discussed and approved by the shareholders:

1. Issuance of New Shares: Shareholders approved the issuance of 40 million new common shares to the current CEO, Hok Hung Timothy Tong, to settle the company’s outstanding operational debts and professional fees. This strategic move aims to strengthen FutureNet's financial position and support its ongoing operations.
   
   
2. Changes to the Board of Directors:
• The shareholders voted to dismiss Lok Ka Ho from his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors due to his failure to report a pending court case and his lack of responsibility toward company operations and expenses.
• Shareholders approved the appointment of Fong Hin Fei as a new director to the Board. Mr. Fong brings extensive marketing expertise to the company, which is expected to drive FutureNet's growth in the marketing sector.
  
  
3. Appointment of New Chairman: With the dismissal of Lok Ka Ho, the Board nominated and unanimously approved the appointment of Fong Hin Fei as the new Chairman of the Board. Mr. Fong's experience and vision will guide FutureNet, Inc. toward its future development.

These resolutions were passed by a majority vote, representing 50.4% of the company's total shares. The company is committed to executing the approved actions promptly to enhance shareholder value and ensure robust governance.
