FutureNet, Inc. Announces Changes to the Board of Directors

Hong Kong – September 16, 2024 – FutureNet, Inc. (OTC: FUUN) announces significant changes to its Board of Directors following the resolutions passed at the Special Shareholder Meeting held on September 16, 2024.

Director Appointment:
The shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Fong Hin Fei as a new director to the Board. Mr. Fong brings extensive expertise in marketing, having successfully managed several Key Opinion Leader (KOL) pages. His addition to the Board is expected to strengthen FutureNet's marketing strategies and support the company's future growth.

Director Dismissal:
The shareholders also voted to dismiss Mr. Lok Ka Ho from his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The decision was made to protect the interests of the shareholders, as Mr. Lok had a pending court case and failed to fulfill his responsibilities concerning company operations and expenses.

Appointment of New Chairman:
Following Mr. Lok's dismissal, the Board has appointed Mr. Fong Hin Fei as the new Chairman of the Board. Mr. Fong's leadership and vision are expected to drive FutureNet, Inc. toward its goals and enhance shareholder value.
