Annual Report and Accounts 2023 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

Foxtons Group plc (LSE: FOXT) announces that further to the release of its final results on 5 March 2024, it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts 2023.

In addition, the Company announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 (the "Notice") has been sent to shareholders. The AGM will be at Building One, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5BE on Tuesday 7 May 2024 at 10.00am.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2023 and the Notice are available to view on the Company's website at  www.foxtonsgroup.co.uk. They will also shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and be available for inspection at  https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism. Copies of both documents are being posted or made available to the Company's shareholders today.
