Share buyback programme - management of the programme within the closed period

The Company refers to the trading update published on 26 January 2022, in which the Board of the Company also confirmed the launch of a share buyback programme (the "Programme"), in line with the Company's policy of returning excess cash to shareholders.

As contemplated in that announcement, the Company has today issued an irrevocable instruction to Numis Securities Limited to continue to manage the Programme, within pre-set parameters, during the closed period ahead of the publication of the Group's 2022 half year results on 28 July 2022.
