Notification of Board Changes

Further to the announcement on the 22 November 2022, the Board of Forterra plc announces that Stephen Harrison, Chief Executive Officer has now stepped down as a Director of the Company although will remain an employee of the Company until the 24 May 2023.

Neil Ash who has been Chief Executive Officer designate since 3 April 2023 has now been appointed to the Board as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.

This announcement is made pursuant to the obligations under Listing Rule 9.6.11R
