Result of Annual General Meeting
First Class Metals Plc (LSE: FCM), the UK metals exploration company seeking large scale metal discoveries across its extensive Ontario land holding, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
