The Board of Cavendish plc (AIM: CAV) announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025, which includes the notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), have been posted to shareholders.

A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts can also be viewed and downloaded from the Company's website www.cavendish.com.

The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's registered office address, 1 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL at 10.00am on Tuesday 16 September 2025.
